- Year 12 celebrations are privileges for students who have worked diligently throughout the year and have successfully upheld the values and expectations of the school around behaviour, effort and academic achievement.
- As many students and parents are already looking to their September calendars to book in hair appointments, time off work etc. so that they will be available for the year 12 Formal, we are pleased to be able to confirm the following date:
- Year 12 Formal: Tuesday 12th September (Tuesday, Term 3, Week 10) from 4:15pm at the Meridan State College, Sports Centre
- As part of our college values of courtesy, compassion, collaboration and courage a checklist has been developed for 2023, which students have now received. Students will need to complete this checklist prior to obtaining an invitation to purchase a ticket for the 2023 Year 12 Formal. Students will present this checklist to key staff from Monday, 31st July, 2023 (Monday, Term 3, Week 4) for signing.
- Tickets will be available for purchase from Monday, 14th August (Monday, Term 3, Week 6) at Client Services.
- Mrs Marshall and Mrs Parker are leading the team of staff and students in organising this year's event so if you have any questions please feel free to contact Mrs Clara Marshall on choga38@eq.edu.au
- Students are regularly given details regarding the expectations and requirements they need to fulfil in order to be eligible to attend this event during mentor classes and year level parades on Tuesday afternoons.
