1. Raffles
To make our upcoming event a great success, we're calling on our wonderful parents and carers for support. We are seeking donations of raffle prizes - this could be a new item or a voucher for a service. Every donation, big or small, is greatly appreciated! Vouchers or service donations can be emailed to - pandc@meridansc.eq.edu.au.
Gift and prize donations can be delivered to Client Services or the Executive Office by Friday, 15 August.
2. Sponsorship
We are seeking the support of local businesses like yours to help make this festival a success. This highly anticipated celebration brings together students, parents and carers from Meridan State College and our community. This year we expect an attendance of over 3000 people, making it an ideal platform for local businesses to gain exposure and reach a wide audience.
Your sponsorship helps us cover event costs and support programs for our students. All sponsors will be acknowledged on our school website, Facebook page and will receive a certificate of appreciation. Your logo will also be printed on our event poster. Below you will find our detailed sponsorship packages with further information. 3. Stalls
This community event will bring together families, students, and visitors for an afternoon of fun, food, entertainment, and local shopping.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from stallholders who would like to join our market space and showcase their products or services.
Market Stall Options & Fees:
- Small business (most items priced $5–$20): $50 per stall (negotiable)
- Larger business (most items priced $21–$50): $75 per stall (negotiable)
- Food trucks: $100 per site (negotiable)
- Pre-loved car boot sale (sell from your car): $30 per vehicle
