Primary school students that reside in our catchment are supported in the transition into junior Secondary School through a structured and supported transition program. This program allows student to engage in the exciting and varied curriculum experiences that only high school can offer. Experiences such as this have proven to be extremely beneficial in relationship development and enhancing student confidence; leading to a smoother transition to Secondary Schooling.

Junior Secondary to Senior Secondary Transition
Junior Secondary students are supported in their transition into the Senior School through a structured transition program. This program assists students in making informed decisions regarding subject selection through career advice, aligning subject offerings to senior curriculum offerings and an ability to specialise in areas of interest.

Senior Pathways and Tertiary Programs
To enable our students to leave school and become active and engaged citizens, our senior programs provide transitional opportunities that include:
Certificate II in Workplace Practices
University Headstart programs
School organised university and TAFE visits
QTAC preparation programs to ensure appropriate course selections
Career advice visits from various organisation including military, trades and local organisations
These programs provide our students with information that will enable them to successfully transition from school into either the workforce or tertiary studies.
