A position exists for a Casual School Crossing Supervisor at Meridan State College.
- A School Crossing Supervisor must be able to work in all-weather conditions.
- 1 hour and 30 mins per day - a maximum of up to 5 days per week (on a rostered, one week on/one week off basis).
- Be available for relief opportunities on your rostered days off.
- Pay Rate $33.27 per hour.
Commencement of employment for the successful applicant is dependent on:
- The favourable outcome of a health assessment.
- A Positive Notice Blue Card (you do not need to have a blue card to apply for the position).

CASUAL CLEANING POSITIONS
Applications are invited for casual school cleaners at Meridan State College.
Casual cleaners will be called upon to provide relief cleaning when permanent cleaners are absent from work due to health or leave.
Casual cleaners may be required to work broken shifts, with morning shifts commencing at 4.00am and afternoon shifts concluding at 6.00pm. Hours will range from 3 to 4 hours per shift. Where two shifts are worked per day, a cleaner is eligible to receive a broken shift allowance.
Casual cleaners are required to hold a paid Working with Children Blue Card and undertake a Criminal History Check.
Please refer to the School Cleaner Role Description for further information on what the School Cleaner position entails. The casual rate of pay for Cleaners starts at $35.98 per hour with a split shift allowance of $9.35 per day.
