STEM Launchpad Program
The STEM Launchpad program is an academic extension program in the areas of Digital and Design Technologies, Mathematics and Science. Students will engage in a range of highly engaging workshops, focused on developing 21st-century thinking through the areas of STEM. The program has an inquiry approach, targeting skills in digital literacy, design thinking, critical and creative thinking, collaboration and communication.
The STEM Launchpad program is a select entry program and will consist of 12 afternoon sessions over four terms.
Students who are selected to participate in the program will receive priority consideration for entry into both the Academic Academy and the STEM Academy for Year 7 at Meridan State College.
