Our International Coordinator's Dee and Fleur were great. They always made you feel like you could talk to them and you could see that they cared a lot about us. You always could come to them for help and they were also really chill different than coordinators from other schools who would call parents as soon as they found out someone would go out for dinner and might be home after the curfew. I think they improved my experience a lot and Im looking forward to coming back and visiting them. I loved all of the trips. Tangalooma was my favorite as we got to do the most activities and got to feed dolphins which was one of my highlights during my whole year.

My International Coordinators were amazing. The moments when I felt like I needed them they were always there and supported me. It felt like Fleur and Dee were our Mums. I would totally recommend Meridan College to any international student as in my opinion it is the best school. Our English teacher was amazing and helped me so much and I will miss her class so much. We have been working with Meridan College and their International Student coordinator, Fleur and homestay coordinator Dee, for over 6 years and have only had happy students there. Fleur and Dee definitely go the extra mile in caring for our students. They are super passionate about their work and are lovely with our students, always willing to help them and organise amazing excursions and events. They started an extracurricular subject called “Aussie Adventure Program" with lots of exciting trips to Sydney, islands for snorkelling and feeding dolphins. Our students first day already starts in such an amazing way, as Fleur and Dee organise for wildlife people to come into the school and every student gets to hold a Koala and a snake.
