Year 7 Interschool Sport

Season extends from Thursday 25 July 2019 to Thursday 19 September 2019
LOCATION:
Various Coastal District schools as per the attached draw
TIME:
12:20pm – 3pm Thursday’s
FINANCE:
There is no cost for this activity for those in the SRS, provided fees are up to date or a payment plan is in place.
TRANSPORT:
Students will travel to and from away venues via bus. All home games will be held at our College except for soccer which will be held at the Meridan Fields Sporting Complex. Students will walk to this venue with their coach.
TRAINING:
1 session per week minimum as set by coach
UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS:
Thursday is a sport uniform day for Year 7 students. Some teams will compete in their College sport uniform, some will be allocated uniforms specific for their sport. Individual teams will get information about this from their coaches and playing shirts will be distributed and collected weekly.
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:
Water bottle and school hat. In addition any equipment specific to the sport as identified by the coach. This might include items such as playing boots, shinpads etc.
There is one compulsory piece of equipment required:
Mouth guards for AFL AND Rugby League.
