QCE News

During their Pathways to Success classes this week, students will be asked to check their Student Connect account. All senior students in Queensland have a learning account on the Student Connect website. This student learning account is the place where senior secondary enrolments and results are recorded.  They need their 10-digit Learner Unique Identifier (LUI) and initial password to log into their learning account. This number can be found on your student’s College ID card. The initial password is their day and month of birth in ddmm format.
What things do they need to check and why?
Personal details: Advise the college as soon as possible if contact details have changed. Your student’s Senior Education Profile will be sent to the home address on their learning account at the end of Year 12, so it's important this information is correct.
Enrolments and eligibility for a QCE and OP: Tell the college as soon as possible if any information is missing or incorrect.
Final results, including your QCS Test grade, OP and FPs: Individual QCS Test grade will be published in learnings account at the end of November. Final Year 12 results, Overall Position (OP) and Field Positions (FPs) will be available in learning accounts at the end of December.
Tracking VET course or QCE-recognised Course Credits: Students can see the credits from certificate and QCE recognised courses as soon as they have been completed and their achievement is 'banked' by their learning provider. It is important for students to keep an eye on this banking process to ensure that every possible credit is allocated to their accounts.
